Scarce Resources Company Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website at scarce-resources.com. We are a bulk electronics recovery, refurbishment, ITAD, and recycling company based in Northeast Ohio.

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type, and message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, a form handling service provided by Netlify, Inc. Their privacy policy applies to data passing through their system.

Contact form submissions are retained by Formspree per their retention policy. We may retain email correspondence for business purposes. Local storage data exists only in your browser and is under your control — you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
